NYSTEIN GAP PAD Flextein®S80F

Flextein® S80F is a gap filler material with ultra-low volatility and ultra-high thermal conductivity. With a thermal conductivity of up to 8.0W/m.k, it is a thermal conductive material designed for applications with high power consumption and high heat, and high demand for low volatile organic materials. In addition to the high thermal conductivity and low volatility of the material itself, S80F also has good compression and adhesion, easier to closely adhere to electronic components, while covering the micro-uneven surface to make full contact with the mating parts to improve the efficiency of heat transfer. Flextein® S80F has natural adhesion on both sides and can be assembled by pressing gently and tightly to fix on the components without adhesive backing. The thickness of the product can be customised from 0.5-5.0mm

Storage conditions:

● Sealed at room temperature away from light, and stored in a dry place.

● BestStorage conditions: Temperature: 25℃ (±5), Humidity: 50% (±10), can be stored for 12months.
