NYSTEIN GAP PAD Flextein®S60F

Flextein S60F is a no volatile condensation, super soft and highly thermally conductive gap filler. It is produced without volatile condensation mist under 150°C & 24h test conditions, which is especially suitable for application scenarios with high requirements on volatiles, such as security, optical modules, drones and other industries. Its ultra-soft hardness enables it to obtain good compression characteristics and surface lamination effect under low pressure, and it is also suitable for applications in the markets of electronic communication equipment, consumer electronics, advanced industrial control and medical electronics, mobile and network equipment, and LED lighting. The main component of the material is insulating ceramic powder filled with silicone rubber, which is a cost-effective thermal conductive interface filler material.
