NYSTEIN GAP PAD Flextein® S40F

Flextein S40F is a non-volatile and ultra-soft gap filler with high thermal conductivity. It is designed without volatile condensation mist under 150℃ for 24 hours, and especially suitable for application scenarios with high requirements on volatiles, such as security, optical modules, UAV and related industries. The ultra-low hardness enables it to maintain good compression performance and surface bonding under low pressure, and makes it suitable for applications like electronic communication, consumer electronics, advanced industrial & medical electronics, mobile & network equipment, and LED lighting. It is a cost-effective thermal interface material and composed of silicone elastomers filled with insulating ceramic powders.

● Standard thickness: 0.3mm (0.012") to 10.0 mm (0.40") in 0.5mm (0.02") increments, availabe for customerization

● Optional for natural tack on one or both sides

Storage conditions:

● Sealed and stored in dry place, away from light.

● Shelf life is 12 months at recommended storage temperature: 25℃ (±5) and humidity: 50% (±10)
