NYSTEIN GAP PAD Flextein®S40

Flextein S40 is made of a soft polymer compounded with a high thermal conductivity filler that has a high thermal conductivity of 4.0 W/m-K while maintaining an ultra-soft hardness, Shoreoo 35, which gives the material excellent surface adhesion, compressibility, ultra-low stress, and snugness. Suitable for filling the gaps between electronic components, it can achieve sealing and cushioning effects, and can significantly improve the heat transfer function between components. After long distance transportation, the material will not be peeled off or shifted. It is an ideal thermally conductive interface material for cross-area electronic assemblies. Flextein S40 has natural adhesion on both sides and can be attached to components without adhesive backing by simply pressing down firmly during assembly. The thickness of the product can be customized in the range of 0.3 to 10.0 mm, and single-sided adhesion is also available for ease of use.
