Flextein S35 is a highly compliant material that achieves excellent thermal conductivity while remaining cost-effective, making it an ideal thermally conductive interface material for electronic components. Suitable for a variety of demanding applications, it is suitable for filling the gaps between electronic components with its own advantages, and can achieve sealing and cushioning effects, which can significantly improve the heat transfer function between components. Flextein S35 has an ultra-soft hardness that allows for high compression during use and can also be reinforced with glass fiber to enhance its operability.
