NYSTEIN GAP PAD Flextein®S30LB

Flextein S30LB is a soft polymer compounded with a high thermal conductivity filler that has a thermal conductivity of 3.0 W/m-K. The material has good surface adhesion, compressibility and fit, as well as ultra-low oil penetration. It is suitable for applications with stringent requirements for silicone oil penetration.In addition to the application scenario of low seepage oil, it is also suitable for filling the gaps between electronic components by using its own advantages, which can achieve sealing and cushioning effects and can significantly improve the heat transfer function between components. After long-distance transportation, the material will not be peeled off or shifted. It is an ideal thermally conductive interface material for cross-area electronic assembly. Flextein S30LB has natural adhesion on both sides and can be attached to components by simply pressing down firmly during assembly, without the need for adhesive backing. The thickness of the product can be customized in the range of 0.5-10.0mm, or single-sided adhesion can be selected for ease of use.
