NYSTEIN GAP PAD Flextein®S22

Flextein S22 is a soft and highly thermally conductive gap filling material. It has good compression properties and surface adhesion under low pressure and is mainly used in the markets of electronic communication devices, consumer electronics, advanced industrial control and medical electronics, mobile and network devices, high-speed mass storage devices, and LED lighting. The material is mainly composed of insulating ceramic powder filled with silicone rubber, and is a cost effective thermally conductive interface filling material. Flextein S22 has natural adhesion on both sides and can be secured to components without backing by simply pressing firmly during assembly. Glass fiber reinforced and single-sided adhesive options are available for easy die-cutting and assembly, and are reusable. The thickness of the product can be customized in the range of 0.3-10.0mm according to customer needs.
