NYSTEIN GAP PAD Flextein®S20D

Flextein S20D is a soft and highly thermally conductive gap filling material. It has good compression properties and surface adhesion under low pressure and is mainly used in electronic communication devices, consumer electronics, advanced industrial control and medical electronics, mobile and network devices, new energy and LED lighting markets. The main component of the material is insulating ceramic powder filled silicone rubber, is a very cost-effective thermal interface filling material. Flextein S20D has natural adhesion on both sides and can be secured to components without backing by simply pressing firmly during assembly. Glass fiber reinforced and single-sided adhesive options are available for easy die-cutting and assembly, and are reusable. The thickness of the product can be customized in the range of 0.3-10.0mm according to customer's needs.
