NYSTEIN GAP PAD Flextein®S15SD

Flextein S15SD is a super soft thermally conductive material made from silicone polymers filled with high thermal conductivity fillers, which has a thermal conductivity of 1.7 W/m.k and low density and low oil penetration. This product has a high cost performance ratio and is ideal for applications requiring low density and low oil penetration, such as new energy, energy storage and automotive electronics. Flextein S15SD has an ultra-soft durometer and is available in double-sided adhesive, single sided adhesive, and single-sided with a substrate for easy die-cutting and assembly. Simply press the adhesive side gently against the device during assembly to secure it to the device without the need for adhesive backing.
