Flextein®MG700 is a two-component thermalgelmaterial with a thermal conductivity of 7W/m-K. It can be dispensed automatically to fill in applications requires heat transfer with chan llenging geometries. Due to low viscosity and excellent thixotropic properties, Flextein®MG700 c an be dispensed in high volumes with no settling or clumps, which provides physica l stability for optimized processing. This material can be used in electronic devicesfor an alter native to ther mal pads.

Storage conditions:

● Sealed & stored at room temperature away from light, and stored in a dry place.

● Shelf life is 6 months at recommended storage temperature: 25℃ (±5) and humidity: 50% (±10).
