Product Description:
Flextein TG5100 is a 10 W/m∙K thermal grease with excellent performance in scraping and agility. This silicone based material is environmental friendly and designed to solve overheating or reliability issues. Its excellent wetting to the interfaces can offer premier low thermal resistance of 0.1 °C·cm2/W (@ 50 psi). This material is suitable for screening or dispensing process.
