NYSTEIN Thermal Grease Flextein® TG5062

Flextein TG5062 is a 6.0 W/m ·K thermal grease with high thermal conductivity and ultra low thermal resistance. This silicone grease material also offers excellent insulation performance, and can satisfy the requirements of high heat transfer efficiency and insulation in high power applications. Flextein TG5062 is suitable for screening or dispensing due to the premier spreadable performance. This material also has excellent surface wetting characteristics and flows easily to the voids at the interfaces, resulting in low thermal impedance even at low pressure.
