NYSTEIN Thermal Grease Flextein® TG5040

Flextein TG5040 is a thermally conductive silicone grease with a thermal conductivity of 4.0 W/m-K and excellent thermal performance. It is an environmentally friendly silicone based thermally conductive silicone grease designed to address overheating and reliability issues, thoroughly wets contact surfaces, has a low thermal resistance of 0.025 °C·in2/W (@ 50 psi), and is suitable for processes such as pneumatic dispensing and screen printing.
