NYSTEIN Thermal Grease Flextein® TG5025

Flextein TG5025 is a 2.5 W/m∙K interface grease with great thermal performance. It is environmentally safe silicone-based thermal grease designed to solve overheating and reliability issues, can thoroughly wet out contact surfaces to create a low thermal resistance of 0.07 °C∙cm2/W (@ 50 psi), and can be used in pneumatic dispensing and screen printing systems.
