NYSTEIN Thermal Grease Flextein® TG5010

TG5010 is a thermally conductive silicone grease with a thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m-K and excellent thermal performance. It is an environmentally friendly silicone based thermally conductive silicone grease designed to address overheating and reliability issues, thoroughly wets contact surfaces, has a low thermal resistance of 0.04 ° C-in2/W (@ 50 psi), and is suitable for processes such as pneumatic dispensing and screen printing.
