NYSTEIN Thermal Gel Flextein ® TG870T

Flextein TG870T is a gel material with high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance. It is designed for thermal modules or components with low interface clearance. The inherent tackiness can make it remain in position without any adhesive layer. Its excellent wetting and reliable performance can help the mating parts sufficient contact to improve the efficiency of heat transfer. It does not need to be die- cut and can be directly dispensed between the heaters and the heat sinks, and is ideal to replace thermal pad with excellent thermal conductivity and reduced cost. Unlike thermally conductive grease, Flextein TG870T has no settling or bleeding issue, and is suitable for dispensing equipment.
