NYSTEIN Thermal Gel Flextein ® TG860F

Flextein TG860F is an ultra-low volatile, high-performance fluidic thermal interface material for heat sink modules or components with wide variations in thickness. Its inherent adhesive properties eliminate the need for a bonding layer, while its good wetting properties allow for full contact between mating components to improve heat transfer efficiency. It does not need to be die-cut, and can be directly dispensed between the thermal device and the heat sink/case, which can replace the thermal spacer to improve the thermal conductivity and reduce the cost. Unlike thermally conductive silicone grease, Flextein TG860F thermally conductive gel is non- sedimentary, non-runny and suitable for automatic dispensing equipment.
