NYSTEIN Thermal Gel Flextein ® TG845F

Flextein TG845F is a high performance flowable thermally conductive interface material with ultra low volatile, which is designed for thermal modules or components with large dimension variations. The inherent tackiness can make it remain in place without any adhesive layer. Its excellent wetting and reliable performance can help the mating parts sufficient contact to improve the efficiency of heat transfer. This material can be directly dispensed between the heaters and the heat sinks, and is ideal to replace thermal pad or grease with excellent thermal conductivity and reduced cost. Unlike thermally conductive grease, Flextein TG845F has no settling or bleeding issue, and is suitable for automatic dispensing equipment.
