NYS-SEALOR ® ECE 504 Conductive Elastomer Gaskets
Using silicone elastomer as the main substrate, mixed with conductive particles with good conductive properties, ECE is a compound made through a series of complex mixing, curing and other processing techniques. It is the perfect combination of flexibility of the silicone elastomer and high conductivity of conductive particles, not only suitable for conductive grounding and EMI shielding, but also ideal to achieve environmental sealing. The filler of NYS-SEALOR® ECE 504 is nickel-coated aluminum. It has the best performance in harsh environments and has excellent shielding performance, which is the best choice when using aluminum substrate corrosion.
