With the gradual popularization of 5G technology, the performance requirements of 5G equipment are also increasing. Antenna base station is the foundation of 5G network construction, and its good stability and security are the guarantee for people to use 5G network. At present, the continuous improvement of base station miniaturization and module integration has put forward greater challenges to the performance of base station equipment such as sealing, EMI shielding and thermal management.
Kleber has been focusing on the research and development of EMI shielding materials and thermal interface materials for many years, and has several sales and R&D centers around the world. At present, we have four laboratories: EMI shielding laboratory, chemical laboratory, reliability laboratory and physical properties laboratory.
Among them, the EMI shielding laboratory is equipped with Class C shielding darkroom and fully automatic absorber testing system, which can conduct all-round evaluation and testing of EMI shielding materials for antenna base stations. Physical properties laboratory can launch conductive test, thermal conductivity and thermal resistance test, mechanical properties and adhesion test, fatigue test, etc. for thermal interface materials.
1. FIP (Form In Place):
On the basis of the requirements of customers, Kleber’s FIP(Form in place gasket) makes use of computer programming dispensing path and the automatic system to accurately place conductive adhesive on metal, plastic and other materials. It is very suitable for local electromagnetic protection of base station equipment.
2.One-component thermal gel series:
Kleber’s thermal gel series provides a variety of thermal conductive solutions. It can be used as a substitute for thermal silicone grease. With the improvement of the internal integration of equipment, for different device tolerances, the thermal gel has good compressibility and wettability. It can cover the surface very well to form a very low thermal resistance interface. It has very good reliability, will not dry, precipitate or harden.
3. Thermal pads:
Kleber's 12W, 15W thermal pads are able to excellently solve the heat dissipation needs brought about by high power and high heat generation: high adherence, low modulus, low hardness, excellent compressibility, softness and elasticity, suitable for use in low-stress environments, and the whole series meets the V0 flame retardant grade.
4.Co-extruded conductive elastomer:
In the trend of miniaturization of customer product design, co-extruded conductive elastomer can provide customers with small-sized design solutions, and at the same time a good solution to the problem of sealing and EMC.
Co-extruded conductive elastomer is a new kind of polymer material which is the result of compound extrusion of omni conductive elastomer and non-conductive sealing elastomer. It has good conductivity and shielding effect, and it also realizes excellent waterproof and dustproof effect, the highest protection level up to IP68.
