At the recently concluded global new energy summit, The Battery Show 2025 in Detroit, USA, KLEBER made a remarkable appearance with its innovative solutions! As one of the core exhibitors, we proudly presented to the North American and global markets KLEBER's high-performance thermal management adhesive solutions tailored for power battery packs, energy storage systems, electric vehicle charging systems, and precision body assembly. Our offerings attracted numerous industry experts, potential clients, and partners, leading to extensive interactions and high acclaim.

This Detroit showcase highlighted four of KLEBER's core solutions, demonstrating our comprehensive technical expertise in thermal management and structural bonding:
1. Lightweight Power Battery Pack Solution: High Thermal Conductivity & Strong Structural Bonding, Empowering CTP/CTC Technological Innovation
Addressing industry challenges like fast-charging heat generation and lightweight integration, KLEBER introduces an integrated "Thermal Conduction + Structure" adhesive solution.
· Efficient Thermal Management: KLEBER UA2030LD polyurethane thermally conductive structural adhesive, with its high thermal conductivity of 2 W/m·K, rapidly dissipates heat from battery cells, ensuring fast-charging safety. Its low density combined with a high bond strength exceeding 10 MPa guarantees structural stability alongside weight reduction.
· Excellent Structural Connection: KLEBER AA107 acrylic structural adhesive boasts an excellent shear strength of 18 MPa and high thixotropy. It enables rapid curing at room temperature, perfectly suits high-cycle production lines, and can replace heavy mechanical fasteners, making it an ideal choice for advanced battery pack technologies like CTP/CTC.
2. Liquid-Cooled Energy Storage System Solution: Precise Temperature Control & Lightweight Design, Enhancing Full Lifecycle Value
Responding to the urgent needs of energy storage systems for precise temperature control and cost efficiency, KLEBER's liquid-cooling solution demonstrates disruptive advantages.
· Precise Thermal Control: Utilizing KLEBER SG2060D silicone thermal gel with a thermal conductivity of 2 W/m·K, the temperature difference between cells can be precisely controlled within 3°C, helping batteries operate within their optimal temperature range and effectively extending lifespan.
· Integrated Design: The accompanying KLEBER AA107 acrylic structural adhesive provides robust bonding for cold plates and enclosures, enabling structural weight reduction and design simplification, significantly improving the safety and full lifecycle economics of energy storage systems.
3. EV Charging Ecosystem Solution: Comprehensive Material Portfolio Ensuring High-Power Charging Safety & Reliability
Addressing the thermal challenges of high-power charging from superchargers to vehicle endpoints, KLEBER provides end-to-end thermal dissipation protection.
· Core Cooling for Superchargers: The KLEBER SE4030 series silicone potting compounds feature ultra-high thermal conductivity of 4 W/m·K and low viscosity as low as 8000 cps, allowing them to fully fill minute gaps, providing efficient cooling and reliable protection for power components.
· On-Board Charger (OBC) & Charging Gun: A series of silicone thermally conductive potting compounds and gap fillers offer integrated shock resistance and heat dissipation solutions for the space-constrained, vibration-prone onboard environment (OBC). Specifically designed for charging guns, UE0805 polyurethane potting compound ensures high-power charging safety and compatibility with its fast-curing, flame-retardant, and weather-resistant properties.
4. Precision Body Assembly Solution: Eliminating E-Coat Oven Distortion, Achieving "Zero Surface Gap"
Targeting surface gap defects in doors, hoods, etc., caused by thermal distortion during the e-coat baking process, KLEBER presents the AA 230 two-component hem flange adhesive. It enables rapid curing at room temperature in the body shop, establishing high-strength support at the stamped part flanges, effectively suppressing shifting and deformation in subsequent processes. With a shear strength of 12 MPa, it ensures dimensional stability of the body structure, strictly controlling pre- and post-e-coat surface gap variation within 0.5 mm (steel) to 1 mm (aluminum), fundamentally enhancing the vehicle's exterior aesthetics, sealing, and NVH performance.
At the exhibition, KLEBER's booth attracted numerous internationally renowned automakers, battery manufacturers, energy storage system integrators, and charging facility suppliers for in-depth discussions. They highly praised the efficiency, reliability, technological sophistication, and customization capabilities of KLEBER's solutions. The numerous cooperation intentions reached on-site fully attest to the global competitiveness and market appeal of KLEBER's technological portfolio.
