CNAS, China’s authoritative laboratory accreditation body, assesses laboratories’ technical precision, management compliance, and data credibility based on the international standard ISOIEC 17025:2017 – General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. The ilac-MRA international mutual recognition mark on the certificate enables test reports to be accepted across 100+ ILAC member countries and regions with "a single pass".

Introduction to Kleber·Nystein Laboratory

The company's laboratory is based within its Dongguan factory and comprises four key testing divisions: Physical Analysis, Chemical Analysis, EMI SE Test, and Reliability Analysis.

Chemical Analysis:ROHS compliance、vulcanization/particle size analysis;

Physical Analysis:Comprehensive testing of thermal/electrical/mechanical properties, adhesion strength, and rheology;

EMI SE Test:Precise quantification of shielding effectiveness, electromagnetic parameters, and reflectivity;

Reliability Analysis: Simulation of extreme conditions including constant temperature-humidity, thermal cycling/shock, and salt spray.
